Onboarding takes less than a week. After signing up we schedule a 30-minute kickoff call, connect your bank accounts and software, migrate any historical data and have everything running cleanly within 5 business days. You will have a dedicated finance contact from day one.
We are certified advisors on Xero and QuickBooks Online, both of which we set up and configure as part of onboarding. We also support FreeAgent and Sage. If you are unsure, we will advise on the best fit for your business size and industry.
Yes — and we make it seamless. We handle the entire switchover: requesting records from your previous accountant, migrating data and ensuring no deadlines are missed. Most clients are fully switched within two weeks.
Never. Our pricing is flat-rate and fully transparent. You pay the same every month with no hourly charges, no surprise bills and no fees for routine queries or calls. Work outside your scope is quoted separately and agreed upfront.
